The Architecture
Twin towers, one waterfront landmark.
Designed by RSP Architects KL, the Plaza rises 22 storeys in tandem with a curved 4-storey podium of retail, dining and event halls. A double-glazed unitised facade keeps interiors cool while reflecting the river's morning light.
At ground level, a granite-paved promenade connects directly to the Kuching Waterfront. Above, a sky bridge on Level 18 links the residential tower to the rooftop infinity deck and the Hornbill Sky Bar.
